1. General Refund Policy

At Buchanan Biz Enterprises, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and excellent customer care. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be reviewed under the following conditions:

  • There is a significant delay in service delivery that is solely due to our actions or oversight.

  • There is a major difference between the final delivered product and the approved proof.

  • There is a technical or administrative error that prevents the service from being properly executed.


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@buchananbiz with your name, service details, and a clear explanation of the issue. Supporting documentation or screenshots may be required.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be reviewed individually. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–30 business days.


4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the delay or issue was caused by the client, such as late submissions, lack of communication, or last-minute changes.

  • If the final product was approved and delivered as agreed.

  • If the service—such as a website, logo, or credit repair solution—has already been delivered or substantially completed.
